I think the problem is fibromyalgia is a syndrome and not a specific disease. ..but traditionally the medical establishment really hustles on Men's diseases...and only gives equal time to women's research when breasts, birth control or pregnancy is involved.

And your township health services might have something you'd qualify for. But whatever you do...make sure to itemize your taxes and take the healthcare deduction.
